Flower Of Tahiti Organics guarantees your complete satisfaction with both our products and services. Please contact us if you encounter any problems and we will do what we can to help.
The following terms and conditions form the basis on which you can visit and use our website and purchase products from it. Please read them carefully as they contain important information.
General Terms & Conditions

All prices are in Canadian Dollar and all payments and refunds are conducted in this currency. If you place an order from an account denominated in another currency, you will be charged an exchange rate from your currency to Canadian Dollar by your bank or credit card provider and may also be charged a conversion fee. We will not be responsible for any losses as a result of currency exchange charges or exchange rate fluctuations.
Availability of Stock
While every effort is made to keep stock availability information as accurate as possible, all items you order will be subject to availability. We will check the stock of all the products ordered as we process your order and we will inform you as soon as possible if any of our products are unavailable. We will also contact you if there are any exceptional delays to your order and you will have the option to cancel your order.
Payments can be made by credit card (we accept Visa & Master Card ) through our shopping platform hosted by shopify.com
Payment terms for wholesale customers are strictly 30 days net. Flower of Tahiti Organics reserves the right to charge interest on all overdue payments at the rate of 2% per month and to suspend further deliveries.
Please note that, except by special arrangement, we are ONLY able to deliver to addresses within Canada and USA at the moment (additional shipping charges may apply to Nunavut, Yukon and NWT Canada). Depending on the size of your order, we attempt to deliver all the goods on your order within 10 – 30 days. If this is not possible, we will make every attempt to contact you using the information you provide to us on your order. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because we were not given the correct contact, delivery or payment details.
We will deliver the goods to the address specified in your order. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with you delivery instructions. We will aim to deliver your order by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.
Shipping charges cannot be refunded on returned items.
Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order
You will need to provide us with your email address, shipping address, telephone number and person to whom we should direct your order to.
Your right to cancel
Please contact us within 1 business day of placing your order if you wish to cancel your order. We cannot accept cancellations or refund any shipping charges if your order has been shipped before you cancel.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 business days after the date of delivery. Please contact us through our website.
All products being returned must reach us unopened, in a saleable condition and in the original packaging. We will provide you with a full refund (excluding delivery charges) within 30 days of receiving the order.
